i tried to download the sp1 service pack 1 and i saved it into my desktop and i always get the same error is says install windows service pack… and here what it says “Windows Vista Service Pack 1 cannot be installed on your computer because the language of Windows Vista you have installed is not supported or you have installed a language pack is not supported.Window Vista Service Pack 1 can only be installed on computer running the English,French,German,Japanese, and Spanish version of Window Vista or computer running only those language packs.
(i didn’t install other language i only have is the english so what is wrong with this.)

Go to your control panel open regional and language options click on keyboards and languages, then install and uninstall if there are any other language packs there uninstall them and try again.
