Some of you have probably run into the situation where you needed to use your Netscape bookmarks in Internet Explorer and vice versa.
Netscape allows you to import only Netscape bookmark files, and Internet Explorer 4.x and earlier doesn’t even offer an import option. This is a result of the browser wars where the user gets stuck with buggy software and incompatibility problems, but that’s another story for another day.
The good news is that Microsoft wrote a little program that lets you import Netscape bookmarks into Internet Explorer Favorites or export Internet Explorer Favorites to a Netscape bookmark file. Click the link below to download this little program. Once you saved it, just double-click it to use it. It does not require installation and is VERY simple to use.
